Your data is processed by the Brewery for the purposes indicated below, related to the functioning of the Website and the provision of the services offered therein.

The purposes for which the Brewery processes your personal data are the performance of the services, including the booking service, set out in the contract concluded with the Brewery, which the Brewery performs or has performed on your behalf, or to remain in commercial contact in connection with the intention to conclude a contract, which under the DPA constitutes the legitimate interest of the Brewery. In addition, the purpose of the processing is to assert possible claims covered by or related to the contract, as well as to document the performance of the service including for tax purposes.

If you have consented to the processing of your personal data for marketing and/or profiling purposes, the Brewery processes your data in order to send you marketing information and offers about its products and services and for profiling purposes.

Basis for processing:

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the contract for the services provided electronically, including the booking service, as defined by the contract concluded with us, which we perform or have performed for you, as well as the actions taken at your request to conclude such a contract. The legal basis for the processing of personal data used for marketing and/or profiling purposes is your consent. At the same time, we would like to inform you that your consent may be withdrawn at any time and that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place prior to the withdrawal of consent.

In addition, the basis for processing is the Brewery's legal obligations related to tax law, the Accounting Act, the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism and others.

In addition, the basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Brewery, including the processing of data for analysis and statistical purposes, the conduct of marketing, business and legal activities, including those undertaken to protect the Brewery's claims, in particular against loss or prescription.

The provision of your personal data  is voluntary, but we explain that without it it may be impossible or difficult to perform the contract for the services provided by the Brewery.

Your personal data obtained in connection with the concluded contract for the provision of services will be processed for the period of the statute of limitations for tax claims or civil law claims, whichever is later, and those obtained on the basis of consent - for the period of validity of the consent, until it is revoked. 

You have  the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict their processing, to object to their processing and to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

 

Browary informs, the technologies it uses use are known as cookies, i.e. data collected in the form of files placed on the Device used by the User to use the Website. The methods used to store and read Cookies do not enable personal or confidential information to be retrieved from the Device used by the User.

Cookies are used to facilitate efficient access to the Website, including the acceleration of the provision of services on the Website, the collection of statistical data, and marketing activities. The Brewery informs that the User may, at any time and independently, change the settings of his/her devices and browsers with respect to Cookies.

Restricting the storage of or access to Cookies may result in the malfunction of some of the Website's functions, for which the Administrator is not responsible.

The Brewery transfers personal data to the following categories of entities: Companies with personal or capital links to the Brewery, a company providing management services, companies providing the Brewery's IT support services and supplying IT software, entities providing courier services, companies providing accounting services, transport and taxi companies in the situation of an order for transport or shipment, law firms, tax advisors.

Access to the data is possible at the premises of the Brewery. In addition, the Brewery provides an email address: shop@browarwielkasowa.pl through which personal data can be contacted.

The Brewery does not intend to transfer personal data outside the EEA.

The Brewery makes automated decisions on the basis of your personal data, including profiling, unless you have not consented to profiling. Historical personal data that Brewery has obtained in connection with the provision of services to you is used for profiling.
