Hoppy Sour Ale with Milk Oolong Tea is a one-of-a-kind offering from our brew-masters. This beer was double dry-hopped to promote a resinous aroma of hops and subtle notes of Milk Oolong tea, reminiscent of warm, rainy days. The palate pleashing hint of grapefruit brings out the tartness of this special beer.
Ingredients: Water, Barley Malt, Wheat Malt, Hops: Citra, Idaho7, Mosaic, Cascade; Milk Oolong tea; Yeast; Lactic acid.
Pasteurized, unfiltered beer.
Extract 10.2% wt
Alcohol 4.1% vol.
Bitterness 3/6
